Additional Wedding and Banquet Information

Complimentary

There is no charge for a bartender or for hostess. No charge for the cutting of the cake. No charge for house colored Linen which is white or beige. Colored linen is available at an additional charge. We also provide floor draped table linens for each table at no additional charge.

Weddings by the Water

Your wedding ceremony may be held on our beautiful professionally landscaped grounds located at the rear of our facility. The Gazebo and Pergola offer wonderful water views with seating available for your guests. You may also use our grounds for your wedding photography.

Weddings by the Water includes all of the above plus chairs for your guests and one of our Wedding Coordinators to assist with the rehearsal and ceremony........$495.00

Deposit & Cancellations

A non-refundable, non-transferable $500 deposit is required at the time of booking your wedding or banquet. In the event of a cancellation, if we are able to rebook the same date and for the same number of guests which the wedding was scheduled for the deposit will be refunded

Decorations

You provide your own decorations and flowers. Candles do require a glass globe to comply with local fire laws. Please do not affix decorations or signs to the walls, doors, fixtures or ceilings. Please do not use paper confetti or silk flower pedals at the pathway to the gazebo. Real rose or flower pedals are accepted.

Food & Beverages

All food and alcohol must be provided by Coachmen's Lodge. In accordance with Mass. State Law, no alcohol may be brought in or taken off premises. Wedding cakes are allowed to be brought in, as well as pastry trays or favors.

Special Menus

Our banquet coordinator will be happy to tailor a menu to suit your individual requests. Special diets will be accommodated. Children's meals are also available! Please inquire.

Menu Selections & Payments

Menu selection and guarantee must be made 10 days in advance. The final count and payment is made 2 days before the function unless other arrangements are made with the coordinator. Local personal checks are accepted one week prior to the wedding. Prices are subject to change. Payment is made by cash or bank check. Credit cards are accepted as payment, but there is a 2% service fee added on.

The coachmen's Lodge is not responsible for items left on the premises after any function. Thank you!
