There is no charge for bartender or for hostess. No charge for cutting of the cake. No charge for house colored linen which is white or beige. Colors are additional at minimal charge. We also provide floor draped table linens for each table at no additional charge. There is also no charge for the function rooms, or for use of the outdoor Gazebo for weddings or pictures. |

Selection and Deposits
Menu selection and guarantee must be made 10 days in advance. You may choose two entree
selections. Prices are subject to change. A final count and payment is required 2 days in advance.
Payment is by bank check or case. Please, no personal checks. Deposit of Three Hundred dollars is required
at the time of your booking, which is non-refundable.

Food/Beverages/Special Menus
All food and alcohol must be provided by Coachmen's Lodge. In accordance with Mass.
State Law, no alcohol may be brought in or taken off premises.
Wedding cakes are allowed to be brought in.
Our banquet
coordinator will be happy to tailor a menu to suit your individual
requests. Special diets will be accomodated. Childrens meals are
also available!

Decorations
You may provide your own decorations and flowers.
Candles do require a glass globe to comply with local fire
laws. Please do not affix decorations or signs to the walls,
doors, fixtures or ceilings. Please do not use confetti inside
or outside the building. No decorating of the outdoor Gazebos is allowed,
unless special arrangements are made. Petals thrown by the flower girls
must be real flower petals and not silk or plastic!
